Cancellation Policy
- •FREE Cancellation - Just notify Carlos before arrival, no time restrictions
- •No refunds for early returns
- •Changes subject to current rates
Important Legal Information
Accident Policy:
- •Always obtain a police report and photograph all vehicle damage
- •Insurance voided if driver under influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics
- •Competitive driving (racing, rallies) strictly prohibited
Credit Card Policy:
- •Original documents only - copies not accepted
- •Sufficient credit limit required to cover excess
- •Some companies do not accept American Express
