•All hirers must hold a valid original driving license including photo ID.
•Driving licenses must have been held for a minimum of 2 years.
•7 EUR per day applies for licenses held for less than 2 years.
•Driving licenses must be in English, Latin, or Roman alphabet.
•Digital driving licenses are not accepted. A physical driving license is required at pickup.
•An International Driving Permit is required when the license is not in English, Latin, or Roman alphabet.
•Green Motion may deny rental at desk when mandatory documents are missing.

Forms of Identification: Valid photo ID (passport or national ID).

The accepted cards listed above must be in the main driver's name and have sufficient funds to cover the applicable pre-authorization.

If the credit card expires within 90 days of hire return date, the rental desk may refuse the rental.

Green Motion offers multiple protection packages. A security deposit is pre-authorized on the main driver's credit card.

Third-party liability is included in rates, limited to EUR 6,000,000 for property and bodily damage.

Reduced Damage Waiver (RDW) reduces damage/theft excess to a lower amount.

Cross-border travel is allowed upon request and approval only.

•Out-of-hours services are on request and cannot be guaranteed at all stations.
•Hotel delivery/drop-off can be requested via reservations@greenmotion.com with hotel name, address, phone, and booking reference.
•Toll Device: 2.20 EUR/day (max 22.20 EUR); toll costs are always the hirer's responsibility.
•Some vehicles include tracking devices used according to data protection policy.
•Accidents must be reported truthfully and immediately according to rental terms.
•Lost keys or lost property handling charges may apply.

•Reservations are generally held for 2 hours after collection time (no-show rules apply after that).
•Basic package: Non-refundable.
•Plus and Premium packages: 7+ days before start date full refund, 3-6 days 50%, 2 days 25%, 0-1 day no refund.
•A minimum cancellation fee applies to prepaid reservations.
•Premium Plus package: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before reservation start time.
