Tangerine offers 3 protection levels:
- Basic Protection - Standard CDW with full excess
- Medium Protection - Reduced excess (see table)

Fuel Policy
All cars come with full tank. Must return full. If not returned full: €25 service + missing fuel cost.
Security Deposit
Minimum deposit: vehicle excess + €150 (fuel/tolls). Can be reduced with Medium or Premium Protection.
Important Information
- Minimum Age - 23 years (19-22 with young driver fee)
- Maximum Age - 80 years
- Minimum Experience - 1 year driving license
- Maximum Period - 28 days
- Credit Card - MANDATORY (Visa or Mastercard) in driver's name
- NOT accepted - Debit, prepaid, virtual, Amex, Diners, Union Pay
- Cross Border - Mainland Spain only (with extra)
- Grace Period - 59 minutes on contract time

Cancellation Policy
- FREE Cancellation - Up to 24 hours before rental start
- No-Show - Fee applies (see Tangerine price list)
- Early returns - No refund
Legal Information
- ALWAYS obtain police report in case of accident
- Complete the Friendly Accident Statement (DAAA) with details
- In case of theft, key MUST be returned to Tangerine
- Protections NOT valid in case of driver negligence
- Geolocation: most vehicles equipped with safety GPS
