Record go operates from the three main Portuguese airports below. The binding rental conditions, security deposit and excess amounts are set out on the rental agreement signed at the counter on collection.

Counters open daily 07:00–23:00.
Collection & opening hours
- All three offices are served by a free shuttle from the airport terminal — call the location after landing to keep waiting times short.
- An out-of-hours fee applies to any rental collected or returned between 23:00 and 06:59.
- A flight number is mandatory for out-of-hours pick-ups. If the flight is delayed, the customer must notify the location.
- The scheduled flight arrival time must not be later than the reservation pick-up time. Bookings outside opening hours (pick-up and drop-off) are not allowed.

Coverage & deposit
Standard rentals include third-party liability with an excess; the full-coverage (no-excess) option removes the excess. The exact excess and pre-authorised security deposit depend on the vehicle group and are confirmed on the rental agreement at collection. A valid credit card in the main driver's name is required for the deposit.
